Carl W. Javenkoski, a salary retiree passed away on
Wednesday October 3rd in Rapid River, Michigan.
Besides his wife Lorena, he is survived by one
daughter, three sons, a sister, grandchildren,
great-grandchildren other relatives and friends.
A U.S. Navy World War II Veteran, he served
aboard the aircraft carrier USS Ranger. Services
were to be held on Saturday November 3rd at the
Trinity Lutheran Church in Stonington, Mich.
with interment in Lakewodd Cemetery in
Stonington. Mr. Javenkoski was born in Three
Lakes, Wisconsin on February 12th, 1924, he
was hired by Harnischfeger as a design
engineer on February 22nd, 1951 and retired
on August 1st, 1984. He was 88 years old.
